Maintenance/Service Request

Please be as specific as possible; the maintenace repair staff may enter your apartment while you are away. Examples: which bathroom (upstairs or downstairs?), what's not working (the dryer is not getting hot?), etc. The more information you can give us, the faster we will be able to correct the problem. If it is an emergency (ie: a water leak causing damage, etc), first please call the office at (843) 577-7450. If you do not get an immediate answer, leave a message on the voicemail. Please submit this form as well. If it is an emergency, where damage is occurring, and you have not been contacted within 30 minutes, please call an appropriate repairman to stop any further damage. (Example: Roto Rooter)
  • Please provide a detailed description of the item needing repair. If you will not be present when the repair is made, please flag location of the repair within your unit.
